Theater and dramatic presentations produced with phenomenally talented students.
How did Evangel help you identify/develop your calling?
Evangel helped cultivate my desire to change the world for good using my gifts and talents.
How did your experience at Evangel prepare you for life after graduation?
I had a great four years of wonderful education provided by caring, compassionate educators. During my time as a student, I developed confidence and self-awareness that helped me approach new opportunities with passion and purpose. I felt that God was going to use my life in an amazing way – He has!
What advice would you give a current student preparing for the workforce?
Always be open to any opportunity that comes your way. The job I have now did not even exist when I was in school. But, I was open to explore new and different opportunities that opened up chapter after chapter in my life as well as my career.
What would you look for if you were in a position to hire new graduates from Evangel?
I’m looking for smart, disciplined critical thinkers. I’m also looking for someone who excelled in their studies, is a proactive self-learner, loves adventure, and seeks to help world-changing (for the good) organizations.
