Tell us about your career and what you do now.

Upon graduation, I served 27 years in youth ministry. Currently, I serve as Lead Pastor of Evangel Temple. I have been at E.T. for over 20 years.

What is your favorite memory from CBC?

 So many friends and professors believed in me, invested in me, and mentored me.

How did CBC help you identify/develop your calling?

The encouragement of friends and professors was vital. Most impactful was friends and professors seeing in me something I could not see.

How did your experience at CBC prepare you for life after graduation?

CBC prepared me to fulfill the call of God on my life. As well as equipped me to obtain a Graduate Degree at Concordia Lutheran Seminary.

What advice would you give a current student preparing for the workforce?

 Be there for people God puts in your path, a ministry of presence.

What would you look for if you were in a position to hire a new graduate?

Compassion for people, strong work ethics, willingness to learn, communicate, ask questions. Someone able to build relationships.
